"Yes but why would you hope for the child to suffer for it?? You are a bad uncle! A bad uncle." She scolds him although a grin sits clearly on her face in her amusement.
"Not if wishes to avoid the adoption centre," she states with a serious look but he knows her too well to take it seriously. She'd probably more likely just give it 'dinosaurs with horns' as a compromise.
"Yes and I have no one to battle him against..." She looks to Ewen and shakes her head as if disappointed at him for not upholding his end of things. "I am going to have to wait now until I do."
"That or a good left hook," she grins looking up when she spots somewhere that smells nice. "Mm. Does that place make food to be taken away?" she asks Ewen.
"Yes, I thought it would suit you," she smiles heading on over to look at the menu. She is likely to buy more than she can possibly eat. Eyes are definitely bigger than belly until she gets a hang of portions.
He needs to be. Two pies and a large bag of chips is too much even for most men. She settles with the chips and a burger in the end and once they both have their meals they head on out to the park down the road. There are enough benches and the sun is out that day. Perfect for an afternoon.
