Gwain shakes his head "there are stranger places I would suppose"

Cenric is able to keep a straight face. "Oh yeah. I hear there's loads of different treasures in there. But.. there are a lot of traps too... So.. It's kind of risky.."

"mmm i don't know ...archer told me that i can't go in his room if hes not with me" he remembers the last time he ventured in there unescorted

"dangerous door guards hmm...."

"Typical that the best treasures are always the forbidden, hard to reach ones..." Cenric comments in an 'understanding' tone nodding his head. "But that's ok. We can find other treasures for a beginner adventurer.

max laughed " im not a beginner silly i have been doing this on off for a while" he paused and a tiny dog trundled into the room and over to him licking his exposed leg making him laugh "nooo i have been found" he laughed more as he ran around the sofa being chased by the small dog

a few moments later another little dog waddled in and flopped down in front of the fire with a big sigh

Gwain chuckles "master of the dogs...well something of that order but out of order....I wonder if this means Archer is near" he looks at the door

"One would surmise so," Cenric commented lifting his head also to see if he could see out of the room. "And that could be a career to your suiting Max. A master of the Hounds of War is a fearsome opponent to come across in the battle field.

the click of well-worn heels strut down the hall as the diva in question entered the room looking fine clad in some tight black jeans and rocking a vivvie blazer he walked over "hello my fav siblings" he smiled taking off his sunglasses

max scooped the little dog and ran over "im a master of the hounds" he laughed handing his brother the chihuahua

"is that so?" he laughed back patting his head as he held the little dog with the other

Gwain gives him a nod "i thought i heard you come in....your looking...well" he looks him over

Cenric laughs at the youngest's antics although he does make a mental note to bring it up to him again in the future when the youth is thinking more seriously about career paths. He does have a real knack with the hounds it seems.

"And to what do we owe this fine pleasure?" he asks the elder of the two younger, still not sure how he manages to walk in those shoes but wiser than to bring it up.

max paused a few moments before running off to have his fun he always deemed playing over talking so wasnt really interested in the chit chat

"but ofcorse i look well you cant look bad in an outfit like this" he paused for a moment before responding to the other brother "i came to pick up some recipys mother was going to lend the mother-in-law" his free hand went to his hip

Gwains lips twitch "mm I defer to you knowledge on that though"

"I d'no.. I thought I pulled this off pretty well," Cenric comments looking down at his favorite (and so age old) tunic. "How are the inlaws? Is married life as you had hoped it to be?"

he let out a sharp bemused sound that made the little dog in his arm jump a little "oh brother you never cease to amuse me" he smiled plopping himself down on the closest seat "and married life is as wonderful as ever i couldn't be happier" he smiled setting Hercules down on the floor gently

Gwain looks at Cenric "it does seem to suit him i think he has definitely gained a shape to him thats not a stick"

Cenric laughs. "Aye. A bigger stick."

"i will take that compliment" he smirked crossing one leg over the other " so what are my big brothers up to today"

"you can chose to do that of course...I was reading and tormenting the youngest..till he ran away..." he gestures at his book

"I have found myself as yet without a cause. My work has stilled for the time being and my chores of the morn complete." He shrugs with an air of being a bit lost. He's never been one to sit idly which is why he is whittling away at his wood carving even as they speak.

"well if we cant torment max whats her here for" he laughs "brother you need more hobbies if your starting to get free time what are you fiddling away at anyway" he questioned looking at the wood

gwain nods in agreement torment to younger brothers is always fair game after all he is the eldest and has to deal with it of their father

"You are right I suppose. It is easy to get stuck in a rut after a couple of centuries. And this? It's just an experiment." He holds up a half finished shape of a horse. It'll likely be very well detailed finished but for now it's just a basic shape.

"a horse dearest brother you are obsessed .....where going to come home to you with a horse for a wife one day" he snorted taking the mick

gwain laughs to "you mean he hasnt?! I thought that mare in the stable had a ring on her hoof...but he was to shy to spout it out"
